Please accept the following donation in support of the ADSA-ASAS 2008 Joint Annual Meeting. I understand that we will be invoiced for the sponsorship, with full payment made before the start of the conference, and will receive all of the benefits for sponsors at the selected level. Further, I understand that once all of the expenses are met for the event sponsored, any excess funds will be used to cover general meeting expenses.
